exposure to toxins such as lead, as well as strong chemicals such
as pesticides, strong glues and oven cleaners.

vegies, fruit and unsalted, unroasted nuts - all sources of anti-oxidants
which help counteract the effects of environmental toxins.

Not
exercising to excess. Just as women can become (temporarily) infertile
if they overtrain, men may be affected, too.
