more fruit and vegetables.
Two other tips:

beans had a 20 per cent lower risk of heart disease and 75 per cent few camping
companions! Beans are high in fibre and low in fat.
Drink Tea instead of Coffee.

Research suggests that drinking tea can lower your heart-disease risk by 44 per cent. This is probably due to the flavonoids (protective anioxidants) in tea.

Losing Hair?
Apart from taking aleaf out of Elton John's book and having a hair transplant, there's little
choice but to grin and bare it!
However, if you'd like it to grow more quickly, move to Perth. It's the sunniest place in
Australia. More sunlight and higher temperatures will cause your hair to increase its
