Your stress levels are high and you need to take action quickly. Follow these strategies for minimising stress, and think of was to avoid stressful situations in the future. This may mean changing the way you work, taking some time out or getting assistance with projects. A stress management course may be beneficial, and yoga, relaxation and breathing techniques may also help you cope with stress. Don't forget to ask for help if you need it.
